Direct Telecom

This is an App made specifically for Direct Telecom customers in Spain. This App is currently providing;

1. Easy Access to the dT Media TV platform included for FREE for all our Fibre Optics, 4G Broadband, SkyWire and ADSL customers.

2. A Technical Support tool (unique in the industry) which will allow our Support Team to analyse your internal network, diagnose network issues & change configuration settings in order to improve the performance of your internal network so that it can make the most of the performance delivered by our Internet Connections. This feature will only work while you (our customer) manually enable it. When disabled, remote assistance is immediately closed off. This App will generate a “permission CODE” which our Support Team will require in order to create the connection.

This App is currently compatible with Android devices (Mobile Phones, Tablets, Smart TVs and also most versions of the Dune HD Set Top Box provided by Direct Telecom.

The Direct Telecom App is for you if you have the following services from us;

- Fibre Optics connection (in Spain)

- 4G Home Broadband connection (in Spain)

- SkyWire Wimax/4GLTE connection (in Spain)

- ADSL Broadband Internet connection (in Spain)

- dT Media TV customer (anywhere in the world)

- Dune HD user for dT Media TV (anywhere in the world)
